re: stars ID verification e-mail
They have requested photocopies of either a drivers license or a passport + photocopy of a bill with name and address on it. This is a first, I think.
thoughts?

they did this to me too.
they accused me of being in connection with some guy I have never heard of though, which was really strange. I hadn't even had a single HH with him in my database.
I just did what the asked and it's been all good since.

If the first, awesome!

- A copy of the front and back of your government issued photo ID, an example of which would be a passport or driving license.
- A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement clearly showing your full name and address as registered.
You may provide the requested documentation by email, to [email protected], in the form of either a scanned copy or a clear digital image. We hope you understand the nature of our request, and we look forward to receiving your documents shortly.
Finally, we would like take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your continued cooperation and ongoing support.

Ive tried for the past few weeks several times and everytime theres something wrong on their end, whether its busy, no answer or a bad line connection. Also Ive tried faxing from at least three different locations and fax machines.

Take a pic of your documents and upload to your computer. I've done this in the past.
Not a camera, but I tried my iphone camera with them twice and they said it was a no go.Quote:
