I mostly wanna talk about bet sizing here. After the hand I kinda felt like I should have just bet the flop bigger to shove the turn, but I suppose spreading it out over 3 streets has some merits as well. thoughts?

either bet slightly bigger or slightly smaller on the flop for sure. I like $26 or so and think villain will call with a wider range since he knows hes not getting shoved on on the turn.

I think making it a little bigger on the flop and shove turn is a little better and way easier to balance/harder to read.

Yah I probably go $36 flop, jam turn.
