100NL, what to do with JJ?

villian 17/9/4.8 with only 1.7% 3bet over 450 hands. His cbet5 is 80%. I figured that he'd bet his entire range on this flop. On the turn, i was torn between calling and folding given his small sizing.

villain is 3-betting your ep -> stronger range than a 1.7% would suggest. When you c-c flop after calling pre you look loads like JJ/QQ/AK to this type of villain. And he's still happy betting the turn. I don't think you can read too much into his turn sizing, look at his 3-bet...
Flop is the interesting street and i'm looking forward to comments, it's a type of spot i get lost in.

turn is c-f and move on. c-c 3 streets is too gross, so fold earlier than later.

Hrm, this is kind of a tough spot. I'd be very interested in the game flow dynamics. If villain hasn't got out of line and your image is clean, I'm not too thrilled about continuing on this board. There's flushes, straights, a paired board, and a tightish villain who won't go away out of position. We could be optimistic and hope he has TT or AK or possibly AQ or a good draw, but I would be tempted to just cut my losses here and wait for a better spot. On the other hand, we may be getting a decent price and we're drawing to a decent flush. I probably lean towards a fold unless you've got some specific dynamic, reads, or stats to the contrary to convince me otherwise. I'd also make some notes about his behavior in this hand OOP on this board texture regardless of whether we continue on or not.

Cut your losses and fold. While its true he looks like a moron, he very likely has a big pair with a bigger club or AcKc and we are getting reverse IO with this call.

I completely disagree, his 3 bet size pre is really bad regardless of what hand hes doing it with. This also leads me to believe that he is not a regular because it is such a fundamental error. So if he is a fish then I don't think you can fold here. OP didn't specify that he was a reg, also his stats don't exactly scream reg. River is a completely different street. I think that there isn't a way you don't have enough equity to call here. Also whether you hit or not you can still fold if his river sizing makes you so inclined.

Yes his 3-betting range there is ~12 combos, but I'd still call flop and turn based on the bet sizing without better reads, and donk a club or J river.
Without a read on his betsize - halfpot with AA, KK is kind of unusual for that kind of player. It's usually a lightning fast pot sized bet.
On the turn I don't think there is any chance that his thought process is: "I have the Ac, so I want to suck him in with lower club draws - I better bet small."
Much more likely it's: ONOES A CLUB WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN EVERY TIME!!!1!1
