These games need to auto-rathole at 100bb imo. Its just so stupid playing super deep with players you know nothing about.

And if I played these games i would def rathole at 250bb.


Don't really have much to comment on the hand, other than to say I don't understand how villain being able to fold overpairs here is a mark of competence. Seems pretty gross to bet fold AA/KK here, imo.

SPR is similar to a minraised and 3bet pot 100BB deep, but ranges are much better defined. I think villain has AA/KK here with a ridiculous frequency, especially in a rush game where he might think he doesn't need to balance by 4betting garbage.

In general when your opponent knows what you are holding and you have defined your hand, you shouldn't continue to put huge amounts of additional money into the pot. On the other hand if it's the top of your range then it's also exploitable to fold it.

I've played a lot of deep PLO lately and I've found out how the nuts (when well defined) isn't usually a very good hand if you are OOP and there's a lot of money behind. In fact it is often so bad that you can't even bet to protect it.

Playing super deep is the best way to profit in those games. You end up winning monster pots because people make too many mistakes flatting 3bets OOP or 4betting too small OOP when super deep.

I def agree w/ ATOTHEC. I'd crank it up also and look to raise/bet/shove.

Flatting would be much better if you had something like AK I think since the times the board runs off 4 to a straight you're going to get him to fold sosososoo frequently, whereas the times it doesn't if you just flat, you're going to get barreled. So if you have AK if he does have bluffs in his range he will rep the A or K when they fall and also give you credit for straight/2pr/set when it comes 4 to a straight.
