50K hand stat checkup by position - 50NL

Well I figured I may as well throw up my stats and see if you guys can see anything worth improving on. This is 50NL: and as you can see I play a pretty nitty 13/10 game with around a 3% 3Bet.

Also stats not shown are:

Vs 3Bet fold% - 60.8%
Vs 4Bet fold% - 40.7%

Just looking at this I'd like my 3Bet stat to be around 7-8% on the button, and I think I should be 3-Betting more from the blinds...

Also I think I should def be c-betting more

Anything else you guys notice?

I think what you need now more than anything is confidence. You seem to be playing/running well and should move up with the momentum. Not much difference between .5/1 and .25/.5 so play more hands, keep doing what feels right and post hands you're unsure of.

dude, looks good. I don't see any reason to increase your bu 3-bet %, May want to think about blind play some more, but don't go changing anything as you move up. Definitely don't move to anything near my 20% vpip from both blinds cos that's lfdo not optimal.

Also, re being a nit. It's nit-ring, lagtardish players may be annoying to play against, but they typically don't make heaps of money (some notable exceptions, but few and far between). There are some pretty huge winning 13-10s around - check doublefly's blog and there's a post a while back where he lists regs stats - basically all the high volume heavy winners are between 11-8 and 16-12.

W$WSF is normally in the 40%-44% range for most winning players.. you might be giving up too much when ahead. Could be sample size. PTbb of 2.0 for 50NL is solid. You might want to go ahead and move up.. you have 50 buy ins for it which should make it pretty comfortable.

I'm not one to rely to heavily on stats, so take that with a grain of salt. I used to have what I considered "perfect" stats and had a much crappier win-rate than I do now... and now my stats are very flawed by most people's standards.

Why aren't VPIP and PFR closer together on the BTN? Don't we end up isolating in limped pots a lot more often than overlimping?

Remember VPIP means that I am also flatting opens on the button as well as overlimping on occasion, though I do tend to isolate more often than overlimping.
