I will throw up if he chooses his team by selecting an NBA team hat and putting it on his head
I feel really bad for Swiggs and Lukie--when he leaves does this mean Cleveland dies?
the fucking idiot should have gone to the Bulls, as its the most logical choice.
oh wow, so much failure.
Lebron is dumb. I know he didn't go to college but good God, listening to him talk tonight brought my IQ down a few points.
And people wonder why the economy is in the shitter
Murrow would roll in his grave if he knew the dreadful garbage we call 'news'
I loved this article, and I love Deadspin.

there are many more worse than him
at least he didn't have hats lined up in front of him and then pick a hat
I would have puked AND thrown my remote through my TV if that happened
i don't know who he is, but my thought is that he has his name the wrong way round.
While I could give two shits about basketball and most sports in general, I do have to give LeBron credit for how much he did for Akron and Cleveland... the giveaways and money he put back into the community... while a drop in the bucket for him, it did make a difference for a lot of poor kids in Akron.
holy shit you make Akron sound like it's in Africa or something
I accepted a long time ago that LeBron was probably going to leave. If not now, he would have 3 years from now. So from that perspective, I'm mostly indifferent, at least relative to the people of Cleveland.
It was ridiculously shitty how he went about the whole process though. I.e. he quit in multiple games in the Boston series because he didn't like Mike Brown, prolonged this whole process for months (if not years) for his own personal benefit at the expense of the team, held the team hostage during the free agency period, then makes this big spectacle and basically stabs Cleveland in the back on national TV. Perhaps those words are too strong if you're reading them as a neutral observer, but that is how most of us feel feel about it around here.
And from a basketball perspective, as much as I hate to admit it, that Miami Heat team next year is going to be ridiculously good, even with a weak supporting cast. At the very least they are the clear favorites in the East, in my opinion.
would love to get mcatdog's opinion on this whole mess
LeBitch is now my most hated player in sports, not much else to say about it. I hope he drowns in a boat accident.
I've always disliked LeBron but if he had pulled that publicity stunt, stayed in Cleveland and laughed at all the people who bought into the rumors of him going elsewhere it would've been so great I would've totally changed my mind about him. But no, he had to go and prove I was right all along.
