Looks to suck for stars/ftp etc, though they've maintained that they aren't breaking any laws. I guess they'll get a chance to argue that point eventually (assuming this becomes law).
I saw a couple other interesting amendments like people behind on child support won't be able to pay.
Those that "broke the law" will be banned from re-entering the United States market. This is the reason PartyPoker got the fuck out so quickly back when UIGEA was passed.Quote:
