Hand 1 : nh

hand 2 : C/fold river - flop and turn are unorthodox but I don't mind it. Doesn't he always have it on this river? Just seems like the spade binks his turn b/call range. he's 3-balling AQ pre, kq is just about all that's better than we're getting a fold from and he's folding all worse. I don't get it.

Hand 3 : haven't made up my mind

Hand 4: I'd make it a bit bigger if I was going to bluff here? I think people get suspicious towards the end of their timebank and they will be enticed by those juicy odds. I'd make it at least 110$ to go but usually just fold.

Yeah 2 is pretty marginal and I should def have bet the flop. Once I do c/c and he barrels the turn I think this is the only way I can win this pot. I also think he has quite a few hands that beat me in his range, namely QT/AJ/KQ/J9 and even AQ as his 3bet wasn't very high. Quite hard to put me on air here don't you think?

hand 1) I like it, esp given his sizing

hand 2) I really don't think there's any need to turn this hand into a bluff by c/r turn here. just c/c turn and re-eval river

hand 3) I don't know... most ppl would expect most of your hands to raise the flop. At least you have equity

hand 4) I'd rather just barrel. If he folds here, its cause he has AT or some BS, which would have folded to a turn barrel anyhow. He's def not folding Kx.

1. you are very credibly repping JJ+

2. good thing the river was a spade. it's definitely not terrible, not sure how TAG regs perceive non standard lines at 400nl+. at 50nl AQ is probably looking this up.

3. this has a good chance of working if he knows you know hes good, and because he's v solid you usually get to see the river with plenty of equity. do you think your Q gives you outs versus his turn calling range?

4. i don't like this one versus this opp

i like hand 4, we probably don't expect him to fold a K but i think he folds most of his fd's and mid pairs which is what we want him to fold.

the only one I truly hate is number 4, the rest seem good

1) is played perfect, but your sizing looks too big. you want to raise the smallest amount which psychologically looks like it cant be Tx and which wont look like a bluff.

2) awful, he wont know what you're repping well enough to fold anything, hell, i dont even know what you're repping

3) good.

4) burning money, this fish will easily put you on a bluff and wont consider folding TP

id rather call in 4 than raise

Lol these aren't that bad cmon now Ben. Marginal at worst, these opponents aren't any soul owning superstars and we're holding toilet paper for a hand.

Nr 2 I know I'm not repping anything very specific. I still think it's hard for him to call with a bluffcatcher because I don't really have any air in my range. If he calls weak then lol nh imo. They fucking never call these so I bluff them over and over and over again so what?

Nr4 top pair of course not??? I just want him to fold A high and Q high (+all the hands I beat) and I'm happy. If this fish doesn't have a pair he is just going to fold and not worry about it. I mean of course he doesn't fold anything he bets for value but we have dsjach hi. And yeah I could call instead I guess but didn't wanna.

You can definitely not barrel here vs a passive fish. It's not even a remotely acceptable option. And yes indeed he isn't folding Kx but he doesn't have that because he would have c/c river with it. He either has 3x or air. Give me QJ and I'd call.

Villain in nr1 tanked a bit but the others folded pretty fast.

eem, how can #3 can be good? what are we repping here? you think opponent will be betting this turn a lot as a bluff or thin vbetfold? whats our plan on brick rivers, say T-?

I'm 100% convinced 3 is "Location: Lighting sweet moneys on fire."

Nr3 obviously repping that we flopped it which shouldn't be impossible to believe on this board?

I think its credible that you flopped it, but not as much that you'd c/c and then c/r two pair/set on the turn here. So why not just c/r the flop, where your value range could be wider even?

Also I think his cbetting range to begin with is already strong on this board, let alone is double barelling range on this board.

Bleh sorry, my 'lighting money on fire post' was supposed to be for hand 2 not 3. I don't think 3 is terrible or close to as spewy as 2.

2 would be even better if the flush didn't hit at the end, cuz he can have it but you can't.

Rav we fold out JT, 9T, QK, AQ, QT, J9 that he peels turn with but prob folds river unimproved because our line is so fkin strong. That's a lot of combos.

I basically agree with sauce but I'd add on hand 2 that betting flop seems a bajillion times better against someone who isnt uber aggro.
