What kind of volume do primarily HUSNG players put in? I've been 9-12 tabling 9man sngs and clearly this is not possible with HeadsUp SNGs, Can you make a decent amount of money only playing 25-30 HUsngs a day?

I probably can't help much as I only play recreationally.
However, I think it's possible to play 3.5 of the Turbo's on Stars per hour playing a single table. The rest of the calculation depends upon your ability a) to play more than 1 table, and b) to play several hours consecutively.
Usually good players do 1-2 normally, then if they're playing two people they are comfortable with up it to 3 or 4.
This is basically what I do and I usually get in 60-100 sngs a day, but thats playing a lot.
