I don't think there's a good book on HU. Just go Cardrunners and watch LJJones' vids (some very good beginner/basics vids) if cash is your thing. Or go husng(dot)com if you'd like to play HU SNGs. In short vids > books.
Baluga has a pretty large section on HU in a real good book
