I am learning HUSNGs at the moment but this seems like a standard spot to raise especially if BTN is limping a lot. You will be well ahead of his calling range and want to build a bigger pot when you likely have the best of it PF.

A 10 is my cut off hand in which I will only call unless there is a raise and then if the raise is reasonable I will call.
i'm not HU expert, and I'm not sure what 'panorama' is refering to.. but i fail to see why you would ever not raise an A when checked to preflop..
hands that better you are pairs, 6% of hands.. and AJ, AQ, AK, another ~4% of hands.. not accounting for the fact that you have a blocker to each of those, and AA, and TT...
so if you get dealt AT i say you are ahead ~90% of the time when HU. this just seems like to much equity to throw away regardless of your position.
and having looked at what panorama supposedly is, i dont see how being forced to show at the end changes whether or not to bet with equity..
I will call if the other player raises, but as long as the raise isn't too high. I don't want to throw it away preflop unless I have to.
