Nobody cant put his knowledge into your head.
If you are having trouble with your own game, you can post some hands / video of your game / stats etc; people are going to say different things ; you have to sort out the best of it.
Right now the best friend you have is your mouse clicking on other topics; it is all out there. All You have to do is find it.

on the river in hands that have been checked down on the flop and turn, if your villain makes a bet 9 times out of 10 it means the river card has improved their hand in some way
thats just me though, and its probably being results orientated. and that wont help your game much anyway as it only applies to easy decisions in small pots.
BIG TIP - understanding and learning how to think about poker, consistently thinking that way, and acting on your conclusions is a major key to success
you'll get to that by reading (and actually absorbing) all the material that the other forum members already suggested.
