The 15 posts requirement is per calender month, and should roll over from the previous calender month. I'll look into this and check everything is working as it should be.

It's a rating of how many posts. It used to be based in only strat froum posts so it would only climb for how often you posted in the "real" forums. But now, since there is so much more drama in the world and poker has taken a back seat to most of it we count the Community forum too.

There should be an exemption for us old timers with 1k or 2k+ posts ;)
