yes still the same problem... and i said that this is crazy because last month you have the same problem... so this is not the first time... anyway.. if you will check the ladbrokes lobby you will see there that no player is registered at this tournaments.. which means that there is still this problem... please double check and fix this.. bye

This is being double checked now. Ladbrokes sort the invitations - it is nothing to do with us. We can only ask them to double check when people tell us there is a problem

Ladbrokes are going to look into this but it won't be fixed tonight as no one is in the appropriate office. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do but I'll complain to Ladbrokes on behalf of you all.
