200NL I think I'm too loose

This hand is pretty typical. I don't want to call in the small, so I 3bet. Then I continue because otherwise I am giving up the hand. And it's money down the drain.

Pokerstars stats over the last 417 hands give me:

Pots won at showdown - 5 out of 14 (36%)
Pots won without showdown - 109

Looks to me like I bluff too much, but I'm new to interpreting these kinds of stats.

You continue because otherwise it's money down the drain? Seems to me like it's just even more money down the drain.

That board is so easy to call a cbet with as it doesn't hit your 3betting range at all.

What's his fold to 3b preflop?

If he has a high fold to 3b preflop, then you'll be making money from 3b these hands by getting him to fold pre. If he's tight, he's probably also never folding this type of board once he does call. It's probably ok to c/f sometimes.

That being said, some ppl will always float this board with like.... everything. I don't mind barreling on a board like this sometimes, pending reads he can fold later streets.

It's a bit of frustration talk :). The swings were quite heavy in a 700 hands session, +€400, down to -€350, and ending +€60. The new thread I just posted has some better thought out bluffs.

Exploit his fold to 3bet% or just fold. I'd c/f this flop also.

Yes this was bad play. He didn't even fold to 3bets that much.

Nothing wrong with giving up when you flop absolutely zilch.
