Turn isn't perfect but it's a reasonably good card for us, notice that he slowed down with bet size showing that he didn't improve, so we can assume we are still ahead, call is fine, let him go nuts on river.
When he checks river you KNOW you have the better hand like 80% of the time, that is why you are missing value by not making a small 1/3 pot value bet, which will be called by exactly his type of hand 77 88 99 TT + QJ QT etc.
This is a leak for most micro players, being passive on river with a good hand due to bad (0) hand reading and not putting villains on ranges.
Show him that not him, but you were in control of the hand all along
