2NL: how to exploit regs as much as possible?

The question is simple, the answer is probably not :)

I've tried light 3-betting lately and after some big disasters I think I've got it down :) Are there any other ways to exploit regs at the micros?

go through your showdown hands and see what they are showing you at showdown, take notes on whether they are chasing flushs, call down light , check raise monsters on the river etcso that when you face the guys you play lots of hands against you know how they are likely to play on the river where the biggest monetary amounts are invested.
