Hand 1:

That’s a tough hand, steal attempt gone awry. Both blinds with pocket pairs? Wow.

I can see the call on the flop with your low kicker, but a raise probably folds the deuces?

You had the pot odds to call SB’s raise on the turn, even with a gutshot. There are 11BB in at that point and you’ve got 6 outs to make 3 aces or a straight, which is about 6.5:1. Even if you think BB is likely to re-raise, then you gotta figure it might cost you 2BB against 13BB in the pot. Of course if you put SB on the straight already, its a good fold.

Hand 2:

Curious about your thinking on the raise here. KJs plays well in a multi-pot, so I’d want as many callers as I can get. Your raise leaves you with three callers, which isn’t too bad, but am I wrong in thinking you’d prefer more? Of course, raising took the 84o in the SB out, so it worked out well in this case, but I’m usually limping with this hand and hoping for the flush or straight draw.

Hand 3:

I like this raise with the suited two gapper in this position. Again the hand plays well in a multipot, but you’ve already got four callers and I’m betting in this low limit game almost noboby folds to a second bet. Being in position lets you build the pot with that raise so that you can stick around with two overcards on the flop.

Thanks for the feedback, lots of leaks to plug and I'm still bringing in now nearly 5BB/100, although I think I hit another rush. Still can't seem to win with AQs....

Not sure given the table texture, but it was a mistake #1 not to try. My brain was processing what the BB's 3-bet meant and the chances my Ace was good. I guess I wasn't convinced enough that I wasn't the one chasing.

If they cap it, it's 3 BB more to call. After the SB popped it on the turn I was 90% sure my aces where no good and just starting to consider the gutshot when I made the decision to bail. Mistake #2. Should have taken more time on this decision.

Yup, would have been better off limping. Had plenty of fishies cold calling anyway.

edit: I raised here because I might get a rational opponent to fold KQo or AJo.

I was mostly chasing the backdoor flush. With just 2 overs that are looking a little dominated I would fold this on the flop. Catching a good King was icing on the top.

I should post the Q9 flopped 2 pair I dumped 5 BB on. Pot was nearly 25 BB to the flopped straight. The real bitch of it is I was sooo close to dumping when it got 3-bet on the flop with 2 cold to me (I thought for a few sec, then capped it)...
