What a suckout!
Ok, its a coinflip preflop, where we went all in. He didn't play it badly, and I figured he had AK anyway. But after the flop ... my god.
Note: 3rd hand of a tourney, the first I've played.

Ouch on hand 1, runner runner beats always hurt, I'd say more than 2/4 outers.
-
I feel for you, mikey. You'll make 'em pay, I'm sure. :)
-
As for the first hand, yeah that's a bad beat, but I don't know if I'd have pushed all-in with a pair of Jacks that early in the game pre-flop. But then again, I do play extremely tight the first few rounds until it's down to 5 or so. I would have pushed after seeing the set on the flop, though, so the results would have been the same.
Sucks :(
The second hand there's nothing you could have done. You picked a decent hand to go all-in on, and the big stack said "oh, I have crap, I'll call and see if I can eliminate him" *shrug* big-stack priviledge, i suppose.

My thinking on the first hand is this. I basically know that he has AK (maybe AQ, but I was pretty sure it was AK) from his preflop play. My all in will isolate him, and he may even fold if he puts me on AA or KK (I'm not counting on this, but there's a chance). If not, I still have a coinflip possibility to win, and I've invested little time into this tournament.
The 2nd hand was just silly, the way it happened. Only reason I posted it.
