If you hold KJ, there are 12 ways for someone else to be dealt AK and AJ, 6 ways for AA and QQ, and 3 ways for KK and JJ. Which, if I'm not mistaken, totals 42. KJ is still much better, but not as much as you had stated. Just trying to help, not sure if anyone else has pointed that out...
