I'd consider reraising the flop here to see where you stand. If he comes over the top, consider the possibility he may have AA, otherwise he would probably fold to the scare card, or at the least give you a free trip to the river.

With how small their stack is compared to how much you've both put in the pot, probably not.
I think you really overbet on the turn though, but he was probably going in and you probably had to call anyway, no matter how the hand played out.
