I figured I would have to play for a very long time to be on the recieving end of a royal flush....and to flop it....and the flop hits my opponent with top 2 pair - I am spoiled forever now ;)

No kidding....he was pretty short stacked, when he made that boat on the turn I could have really extracted some chips from a larger stack. Oh well - I am just happy I was on the good side of the royal flush.

Better yet, too bad it wasn't a cash game! Nice job!

When I get my first one, I definitely want it to be in a cash game. Hopefully not a .05/.10 limit game, but I am still known to play those so you never know.

I play $.5/1 & $1/2 NL alot....so I agree it would have been nice to flop a royal flush in a cash game....but it was definately cool to actually get one - I am perfectly content w/ how it went down.
