How would you play this hand post-flop?

I thought this was an interesting hand from my opponent's perspective.

UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, MP2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 7:spade:, 8:diamond:, 8:heart: (5 players)
SB bets, BB calls, UTG+1 folds, CO calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) T:club: (4 players)
SB bets, BB calls, CO raises, SB 3-bets, BB calls, CO calls.

River: (12.50 BB) 5:diamond: (4 players)
SB bets, BB calls, CO raises...
Final Pot: 19.50 BB

I would bet out on the river, but then call your reraise, from his perspective.

Obviously you have the boat, and you wouldnt raise on the river without it, especially with all those connected cards out there.

Its great to have the boat and have someone bet into you.

I think you mixed up the positions. I'm the SB. CO has J9s

Ah, okay, my thoughts are the same except forget that last comment about getting bet into.
