Bad read/play in home game?

Okay, so I was playing in a $10 NL home game today, and I was catching some good satuff at first, but then it went downhill, until the last few hands... there were 4 people at this point, two were loose aggressives, one on my right with a big stack ($30)...

I'm the SB in this hand, blinds are .20/.40:

BB: loose aggressive with $21
UTG: pretty passive, weak with $2
BUTTON: loose aggressive, on a hot streak with $30
SB: me, with $12

result: I lose all my money.

I figured him for tptk, MAYBE a heart - he was playing his flushes (and yes, over a 3 hour period he had about 4 off the flop, 4 more through draws, and one straight flush) pretty hard when someone bet into him, so he would have probably called me all in... just sucks to have this happen.

Button's a moron. Sorry for your bad luck, but even with him being ahead (on a terrible hand) you still had good outs to win.

Yeah... I thought I played it right. Button was my friend who's only played for money a couple times, so he kinda knows some stuff, but not too much. Apparently like don't stay in on a 7xBB raise preflop with Q3

The blinds... I'm used to them like that. I've thought of pushing for the blinds at .10/.20, but I don't think people would be too down with that in my games - everyone likes the fast pace I think.

You had 14 outs on the flop (and 17 on any turn that doesn't give him a full house) against one of the few hands that had you beat. Clearly you played it fine.
