Having him on AK/AQ isn't unreasonable here. I don't know what you could have done, you looked stuck to me: if you raise harder, as Jeffrey suggests (and is probably right), you may have well forced him all in right there on the flop, if that is what he was looking for. Would you have called his all-in on the flop if your bet had been large enough to make that his decision? If so, you would have called and then got the bad news on the turn anyway, given that you'd put him on TPTK. Looks like lose/lose for you here.
