I do not think that distinction has been made yet. It is likely muscle control given that the many times she has displayed possible seizures they don't involve losing consciousness.

As for the "why did they nominate Crooked?" thing, the Democrats doomed themselves with their SJW bullshit. The "first female president" became the zeitgeist. This gave Crooked uncountable advantages that, if she didn't have them, she would not have won the nomination.
She's definitely been seen stumbling and I don't doubt there's issues with muscle control. I was more interested in whether her falls were associated with loss of consciousness or were just a loss of balance. I'm asking because if she's actually blacking out it's not something that would happen with Parkinson's but would suggest a problem with circulation of blood to or around the brain.
