This 25NL right so your and opponents range is:
Any Two :-)
Push it.
UTG raise was standard but the guy is really tight.
So I guess it had to be AA,KK,AK,QQ maybe JJ (not likely).
Thats why I think my call sucked. Raise of fold would have been
better options. As...
OK, majority was betting. I put villain at AK and put him
AI at river. He called with AA.
Completely fooled me on that one. That was 1 hand I never
expected. After that loss I seriously thought...
villain is Tight regular slightly passive.
100 NL
Villain is raising 5 UTG+1. Everyone is folding.
I am at Button with AQ0. I give respect to Villain so I just
call.
Flop: Ac, 7s, Qc
I made a call, villain showed AK.

Well you only have 2 options.
Raise or Fold. You can forget about the cold collers here.
Only thing matters is UTG reads.
If UTG is really tight -> fold
otherwise reraise to 40-45 dollars.
My table is image is tight slightly passive. Villain tries to limp
many hands has caught bluffing couple of times.
Hero is SB with 55.
Villain limps 1$ UTG
3 other limpers too.
Hero tries...
TP sucks thats for sure. When I discovered that fact I instantly
turned my game from -EV to +EV. (I play only Full ring).
TP is good PF, after flop but later streets you need strong reads
to win...
I am uber-nit but I would consider folding fl draw
after flop. I hate paired boards when I stacks are deep...
T.
I would play this hand about the same as villain did.
Board is draw heavy so I can protect my hand and
no-one is really expecting JJ with that kind of raise.

I had HUD for a while but noticed that I dont really need it.
If you 8-table a month in any pokerroom you get to know the
regulars and avoid them. Basic TAG style is not very profitable
at lower...
He got u with 55.
I have always preferred FR and PL preferably.
- lowew variance
- higher winrate
- easier to multitask
T.
I 8-table there with client. NP.

I am back after 6 months break. I had total burnout for poker.
Played 3 years 25PL-50PL (6-table) and winning decent 1000-2000 $
month. I just couldn't do it anymore.
I enjoyed summer and and...
What do you mean exactly?

I have played a few years now. When I started playing I did not
call much gutshots. Nowadays I call them or sometimes
even raise them if:
1.) Opponent is weak and I could steal a pot anyway
2.)...
I think it is fine. You have overpair and strong draw.
I cannot fold in situation like this so easy push. Nh :D
Thanks for your comments. I was up 3 buyins in this session (different tables) and this was my last hand I played. I really considered only
2 options = fold or push. I decided to fold for couple of...
Hi
No HH, but it went something like this.
50 PL
I am at button (110 chips) and get dealt AA. There are several limpers
and I make maximum preflop raise of 3 dollars (pot limit).
BB...
I agree set over set, fl over str8fl, boat vs boat except board
is like AAQ2K and I have 22 in hand :) with lots of action
preflop :)
K high fl is acceptable but not lower. When I started...
I have to dig my archives. But I have to give my vote
to Johnny_fish. Nh, sir :D
I was rofl when I saw that.

Shortie had something like KJ suited.
Villain had AA just like I suspected because of
my table image. I was quite sure that after I called
his 3-bet at UTG being initial raiser he would not...
