Fold pre.
Call river, he can be value towning himself with worse (two pair/sets/straights)
I think this depends a lot on vills cbet frequencies.
If he has a high cbet, I'm prob stabbing here almost any two, but if he tends to check back a lot of pairs etc then I might not stab quite as...
I'm sure there must be torrents, but I never looked.
I think the book is good to think about GTO, but I also think ppl probably start WAY over defending after reading this book.
Based on my post above we need about 40% (pending our sizing) to 4b call off. So play around with pokerstove and see what hands meet this 40% value vs a 5b shoving range of likely QQ+, AK (maybe a...
Unfortunately I probably can't make the timing of this swing :(
After stoving:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 28.140% 27.01% 01.13% 18037671 753854.50 { AhJs }
Hand 1: 71.860% ...
4b calling off really depends on sizing, but I doubt we're gonna see much 99-TT jamming here at these stakes.
I'd assume JJ+, AQs+ 5b jamming and maybe even tighter than that. I don't have stove...
Not much good can come from flatting imo. Fish will always call, you won't ever even have position and you shouldn't call a cb light (even though you did) with a player behind.
Seems like a...
Seems ok. Turn cb is low, so that's ok as long as some of those hands you're checking back on turn IP you are calling with on river.
1) Quite loos overall and definitely loose EP
2) high vpip in SB - you might be cold calling a bit much?
3) Your fold to flop cb is lower OOP (blinds) than it is IP. That seems a bit weird to me,...
Weld - can you make these bigger? I can't enlarge the image appropriately.
I think c/c or b/f riv depend on how passive villain is.
If vill is aggro then I think c/c is ok. A lot of fish will just check back bricked FD's here though so in that case I think betting half...
I stopped reading at "ok villain is pretty nitty"
I mean.. that's enough right there. Fold to the 4b pre, and really flatting this hand is fine in the BB (as opposed to 3b).
Posting hands and stats will be more useful than graphs to turn this around!
Just saw your post where you said he forget he had 3b, so that changes things a lot.
My advice was going to be to ask yourself why you're leading. What are you hoping will fold and what do you...
Glad you guys worked things out.
Weld - please address the thread in beginner's forum regarding the funds.
It will be hard for your threads to get much feedback until that issue is closed imo.
I'll respond to this hand once...
Yah I came here for same reason , to see if he paid, given a hand was since posted.
I vouched for you man so I hope you do.
gmml hope he ships you.
I wouldn't be too concerned about red vs blue lines.
My red line is sky high and my blue line is converging to zero or hovering just above it. It really depends on what your plan is to make...
I agree with the pre-flop statements.
Though I highly doubt his range has a lot of 77-TT after the flop. I think most ppl are folding these to a cb.
cb flop and c/f turn seems fine to me, if we...
If vill close to pots I think i can find a fold cause I think that weights his range to JT/999/KQ stuff more.
If he's coming in for less than half i wouldn't even be surprised to see KJ/KT here.
Calling river.
It's folding in spots like this that probably result in you winning 61% of your showdowns :)
LP play seems pretty nitty. You could probably loosen up on btn I would assume.
Your won at SD is very high (>60%), which suggests that you're probably calling too tightly and could widen your...
Good luck man!
The hands you posted look good so far. QT hand is prob fine to check back on flop with some reasonable frequency.
