$20NL on IPoker Midpair + Flushdraw

im holding QhTh on the button, loose donk in MP limps, folds to me, i raise it up to $0.8, SB calls, BB folds and mp calls.
Pot = $2.5
Flop comes KhQd6h, SB checks, MP checks, i bet $1.8, SB minraises to $3.6, MP folds, i think for about 10 seconds and push

Well I think you are only drawing to a flush because SB has KQ. Therefore I feel the push in this situation is -EV. He could have called your pf raise with AK but I think he would have reraised.

I mite be completley wrong cuz im a noob, but I play smaller limits too and I think he had KQ. So, wut did he have and did you get ur flush or win with the pair of Queens?
