Default $25 - line check with TPGK

Situations like this happen quite regularily when I have TPGK and get called to the river and then being bet at. I am not quite sure if this is a leak in my game when I a) fatten the pot with mediocre holdings like TPGK or b) become weak-tight on the river without a showdown. Villain is 39/5/2 over 100 hands. Should I just check on any street here and see what opp is doing? Would a c/raise give me more info?

Bet more on the turn. As played I think you can fold the river. Looks like a value bet with an A.

As Harry said, bet more on the turn, river is read dependent.

Is he capable of playing a call/call/bet line? Is he good or bad?

If he's bad, dump to the bet, if he's good and can make plays like this, you have a decision to make, but, at 25NL, I'm leaning towards the bad player
