keep a cucumber nearby. Next time you sit down at stakes youre not rolled for and the post blind option comes up, shove the cucumber up your ass. you wont want to play anymore.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I personally don't think 15k is even enough for playing 5/10. I've had two 20k downswings and a 15k downswing in 2008 so far. A lot of it is variance, and a lot of it is bad play, but still.. I've had 3 downswings bigger than your roll playing the same limits.

Bankroll management! Though I guess that's dumb advice given that you're trying to get us to tell you how to stop playing 30/60, let alone 5/10.

I don't think there is really any way anyone can say anything to tell you not to tilt. All that anyone can say is that if you want to be a winning player you have to have discipline. Discipline to stop when you're not playing optimally. Discipline to have good bankroll management, even if it means grinding it out for a while.

When you start to tilt, just stop! I know it's easier said that done... but it's all part of discipline.

The larger point is that you don't have the required skills to be a winner at the stakes you want to play. Move down to something like 1/2 and build them up. I learned bankroll management, game selection, and tilt issues (the three most important outside factors in poker) through hundreds of thousands of hands. I just don't think you're ready

Agree 100% with Deanglow, but regarding your tilt problem you just have to first acknowledge it like you have but I'd just try committing to purposes rather than goals. You should focus on quitting as soon as you sense any sort of tilt, and trying to stay ccc.

I think the cucumber idea was spot on. That and you should not be playing 5/10

    Discipline.

    It all comes from Pride

100% of all discipline situations are all because you have too much pride to make a mistake as big as that. You should consider that situation a personal affront to your very being.

As long as you consider moving up when you're tilting a matter of destroying your pride... you should come away scott clean.
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than average. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their mistakes

We will think you are a losing bad player until you post stats.

You still have a 5/10 buy in left. Don't give up now imo.
