If villain is good at hand reading, I think I would call this. An aggro player with these stats probably has a very wide IP squeezing range, especially with these stacks.

He expects you to never have AA. He probably expects you to have raised AQ and QQ on the flop, given stacks, and so never have those hands given flop and turn. He probably expects you to raise turn pretty often with flush.

He sized the hand such that he would have a sizeable river shove, on a board where your hand is at best AJ as played, from his perspective.
