once it folds to you just make it 116 and call it off, hes wide enough that this is going to show a large profit. that being said, 15.4% 3bet is so ridiculously high that you probably have a small sample size which means that if hes thinking he is probably 3betting a tighter range than normal.

if this is the case then you should 3bet pre and plan on 5betting if he 4bets, for more or less the same reasons as above except that your primary goal now is to play a big pot in position against the opener.
