Default 1/2 KK oop on drawy board

    opp 21/12/2.0 with 3bet 4%
fold to cbet 57%, raise cbet 16%

i think this is fine considering i'm ahead of a lot of big draws here and only losing to sets, i think for this player there are no 2pr combinations he flats pre with. okay? sizing?

    $1/$2 No Limit Holdem
    4 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    CO Hero ($207.05)
    BTN Marcelozav ($394.25)
    SB OneM@nShow ($385.00)
    BB Remorce ($6.20)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 4 players) Hero is CO
Hero raises to $7, Marcelozav calls $7, 2 folds

    Flop: ($17, 2 players)
Hero bets $14, Marcelozav raises to $33, Hero raises to $102, Marcelozav raises to $323, Hero calls $98.05

    Final Pot: $540.05

i dont think he will have as many draws as u think. id flat flop and see a turn

most people wouldn't get it in here with 86/89 because they fear being dominated

similarly, most people won't really get it in here with a q high flush draw as much as an ace high flush draw

so you're looking at flipping vs. 8c6c/8c9c/6c4c/AcTc or getting it in bad against a set
you're like 55% equity at best vs. Acxc

exactly but id say we can drop all them combos u mentioned iopq since opp is in HJ and calls utg.

Whatever I'm doing, it's not with the intention of folding.

We have the Kc so I don't mind calling OOP too much if I put him on a reasonable amount of bluffs.

I think your flop 3bet sizing sucks if you want him to stack-off w/ worse here

yea i realize sizing sucks, i had about 1.5 seconds left to act before it auto folds me so i only had the chance to hit bet pot button which obv makes it huge.. something like that anyway.

couple things here though, sure i'm crushed by sets, but I think there are a lot of hands here I'm still ahead of, and as I'm putting him on quite a few draws and I'm holding one out that does make a bit of a difference as well. one other fact is this opp could easily be flatting JJ and QQ pre due to his tendency to flat pre and rarely 3bet.

if i were IP i think i'd prefer a flat, but being oop it makes it so much tougher. if we flat do we just lead a non-club turn? if he has pair&FD then we dont' really know which turn cards help him or not other than the flush....

    Not Giving In
I want to flat here too but on the turn I'd feel like shit just checking to him and giving him a free card. What about flatting turn and leading when no draws complete and folding to a raise?

we could flat, i still hate it oop though.
if we flat i think we should lead non scary turns against more passive opp (lower AF) and go for a CR against aggro opps.

one issue with flatting and leading turn is that opp may FOLD flush draws (say we bet $60 into $80 on turn) because he doesnt figure enough implied odds or something, in which case we're only getting action from hands we're crushed by...

a little town called none of your goddamn business
your play is fine and i think your sizing is ok too. people are so obsessed with this non-committing miniature raises. do you honestly think he would feel you are ever bluffing if you made it 68? He would just flat all draws and play perfect vs your range. At least with the committing raise you charge him for draws and if he has a weaker made hand he might shove just because your line looks like a semibluff.

yeah id make it 80-85$, but no big deal.. id also always 3bet this flop, unless i had some read that he's bluff raising these boards in which case id call/call/call/call/call..
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

    thanks a lot guys.
if i had the time i think my bet would have been in the 80 ish range. i think JJ/QQ can convince themselves that it is ME who's on some sort of draw and stack off too.

fwiw he had QTcc so i was 56% or so to win, but didnt.
