Default 1/2 Tilts me soo hard!!

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before but I cant find any threads on it.

So I finally hit the the 5k mark in my roll and decided to take a shot at 200NL. I figured it couldnt be too much harder than 100. PSSSHHHH
-Hilarious calldowns from opps on bluffs
-Impossible to get value out of my monsters
-Ridiculous lines (i.e. saw a limper minraise a button raise, then b/f AK7 flop)

So I can't tell if I'm running bad or my game needs some major tweaking to play this level

Anyone who has made this jump, what if any kind of adjustments did you make during the transition?

i think its all in your head. i mean if you are a very marginal winner at 100nl, then you might be breakeven or possibly losing at 1/2, but i doubt thats the case. just keep playing your game. i never had a huge issue with the jump to 1/2, but ive had problems with jumping to 2/4 and finally got over the hump. i think its just all in your head.

YOU MIGHT HAVE RUN INTO VARIANCE IF:

    -your monsters aren't getting paid
    -your bluffs are getting called

Just continue to play the same solid ABC game that worked for you at 100NL. Don't try to make "200NL plays", not saying that's what you've done but it's possible you're guilty of it. I know I am every time I move up to a new level.
