Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BU with K
A UTG raises to $4, MP folds, Hero raises to $13, 2 folds, UTG calls.

 Flop: 4
  3 A ($26.5, 2 players) UTG checks, Hero bets $17, UTG raises to $44, Hero ???

 villain was 43/30/3 (100 hands).
We had an history on a previous 3bet flop: He raised also from UTG and I 3bet him with T9s in BU, flop was QJ6, I c-bet a and he called. Then I checked behind turn and he fired 3/4 pot on RIVER where I folded.

Here, we have near the nuts on this flop. With villain's stats he might do this with:
AJ+, 44, 33, FD or air (after our previous 3bet flop) or maybe JJ-QQ.
 Definetively, we are not folding.
Now, how do we extract the most value here? call? CiB? push?
