100NL Call or shove??

Villian was unknown at the time but he was very passive, something like 30/7/1 over a 40 hands or so.

As played I just call the raise on river. I would need a good read that his spewy enuff to do this with trips alone to shove over.

it certainly looks like a lower flush but depending on what i think of his ability i might make a raise of less than all in
