Default 100NL squeeze, original caller calls, I have AQo

original raiser is a 17/16 nit (opens same range from all positions) so I didn't want to 3b him, but I think he would open a lot of hands like AJ,AT that I can play profitably against on the flop

the guy who squeezed is aggressive preflop and does a lot of 3bing and I'm assuming squeezing as well
so if the original raiser folded I would call with AQ for sure and play for stacks on ace high or queen high flops
what about when he flats? obviously we're super unhappy because he's a nit and calls worse hands than AQ about never

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB ($100)
    BB ($57.15)
    UTG ($60.35)
    MP ($104.60)
    Hero (Button) ($102.75)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, Q
1 fold, MP bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, SB raises to $16, 1 fold, MP calls $12.50, Hero ???

this is an easy fold i talk myself out of too much in position like this, but reverse implied odds are so killer here.
