Default 100NL, whats the best way to play QQ in this situation ?

Guys, whats the most optimal strategy in this situation in terms of maximizing our equity? UTG is a nitty regular running 20/10/2.8( raise first in EP is 14%) with 22% 4 bet. 3 bettor is a lagg running 35/25/4.4 with 7% 3 bet over 160 hands. I normally wouldnt 4 bet with QQ in FR games vs UTG and cold 3 bettor. Is QQ basically the nuts preflop in 6-max games? OKay, i flat and see the flop. CRAI or C/C with ladies?
    No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP ($320.25)
    CO ($193.75)
    Button ($125.90)
    SB ($104)
    Hero (BB) ($100)
    UTG ($103.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, Q
UTG bets $3.50, 1 fold, CO raises $14, 2 folds, Hero calls $13, UTG calls $10.50

    Flop: ($42.50) 2, 2, 2 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO bets $15, Hero ?

Are his 3bets always this big? Flatting a huge 3bet like that really turns your hand face up. I think I prefer a cold 4bet/call CO shove.
Great flop for you and I'm not sure you can misplay this hand now. I do like a CR here though. CR to $45 if you think he can spazz shove or call AK there and then shove any turn.

Meh... I'd probably call here. Even a lagg knows something is up when he 3bets a nit's UTG open and gets called... and cold called.

Feel like raising here gets us kinda screwed when UTG is strong, and I doubt lagg really has TT/JJ here.

Raising is really bad. You just can't rep any bluffs at all. You cold called so it's not like if you have 98s you're going to all of a sudden turn your hand into a bluff and try to rep AA here or a deuce right? .. Clearly your best plan is to check and call at all opportunities.

What about giving up free cards to an AK that is just buying a pot vs mid pairs? Any aggression from an opponent following an Ace or King just sucks here. If we felt QQ was good enough to be ahead preflop, then why change our mind on this off all flops.
That said this situation is marginal enough I don't think it will have an effect on our winrate long term.

I fold QQ in 9-handed FR games in this situation for sure(worst relative and absolute position). Hmmm,I always think that QQ is a good hand in 6-max even if we are facing heat preflop :P I'm just wondering if cold 4 bet preflop is profitable?

Naah I give a lagg enough credit to be polarized here IP vs a nit UTG.. but not necessarily always so strong.

I'd rather call and re-eval post.

i never even think about folding preflop here... and when we call his 15 our hand is pretty face up as jj-qq with the occassional aa/kk (maybe?), hes never firing two barrels i would think (without having us beat)... so therefore all the flat does is let him draw where he isn't putting more money in without hitting a bigger hand.... i reraise... is a nitt ever flatting kk/aa here 3 way? maybe im dumb to not be worried about him

ps folding qq in 6max pre isn't that rare but a 3bet from a ip 35/25 sure isn't a reason to do it

yeah, with UTG being a nit and the lags huge 3bet size its just screaming that he wants to stack off pre vs UTG's obv strong range.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

Yeah,I like Alexos's plan a lot.As played,I played badly and got it in on the flop vs CO.So preflop fold is 0EV,4 bet is -EV and flat OOP is marginal +EV,right?
