    Default 10NL - Overpair, TP

Villain is 37/11/1 although I only have 70ish hands on him, all of which are from this session. I didnt put him on much of a hand as he only called my pf raise. I though he'd likely do this with any ppair, and of course I beat 2s, 3s, 6s, 7s, 8s and 9s. I have seen him call on a low flop w AK - and he didnt 3bet that pre flop - so i thought he might be trying with that. Anybody play this differently?

    SB ($9.20)
    BB ($12.75)
    UTG ($8.85)
    Hero ($9.45)
    CO ($10.65)
    Button ($11.65)

Preflop: Hero is MP with , .
UTG calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.5, 2 folds, SB calls $0.45, BB calls $0.40, UTG folds.

    Flop: ($1.60) , , (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.5, SB raises to $3, BB folds, Hero raises to $8.95, SB calls $5.70 (All-In).

    Turn: ($19) (2 players, 1 all-in)

    River: ($19) (2 players, 1 all-in)

    Final Pot: $19

Hand 2 - Hardly played any hands with villain although it is pretty clear he's loose/passive. Should I have bet the turn? And is betting the river a bad idea; should I simply check fold?

    Hand 1 is fine.
Hand 2 I bet turn harder, like 2.
The river bet is fine as well, again I might make bigger, like 4. If you check you want to c/c against most opponents at these stakes, not c/f.
I like betting cause you'll get looked up by a worse Q often and checking leaves you in a difficult position if villain bets hard.
