Default 2/4 - JJ vs. weird turn c/r

I'm a bit lost post-flop here. Villain's running 23/18/2.8 over a bunch of hands, raises 18% utg, cbets 65%. I've seen him make some questionable hero calls but we have no history I'm aware of.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    UTG ($400)
    MP ($267)
    Hero (CO) ($457.10)
    Button ($368.30)
    SB ($120.80)
    BB ($445.30)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J, J
UTG bets $14, 1 fold, Hero calls $14, 3 folds

    Flop: ($34) K, K, 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $20, UTG calls $20

    Turn: ($74) 2 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $40, UTG raises to $125, Hero...

Very easy fold. Seems highly doubtful hes bluffing given your line and his flop line.

So weird. I don't think I'm mucking as fast as ISF but I just don't think this type of player would randomly bluff here which is exactly what it looks like he's doing.

I'd check back turn most of the time. Seems like a pot control line that QQ/AA would take sometimes and we're value towning ourselves. Not to mention the times he's slowplaying Kx.

This is what I think too. We're never getting 3 streets from a worse hand and I think it's easier for him to call the flop and river than the flop and turn. We get more information too.

Yeah, that's really the reason I posted this, I thought the turn bet was probably too thin.
