2/5 200bb deep - thin value or value townage?

-I figured this would be a pretty good spot for a cold 4bet, as we're all 200bb deep and I don't really feel as though either of them would fight back light
-villain in this hand is a tagg reg who runs at around 24/18 with a 3bet of 6.5
-villain is the type who likes making hero calls
-villain had JUST stacked button the hand previous to this one, so its possible he was 3-betting light as well (hence the 4bet)
-is this river too thin?

I dont think river is too thin, though it is very thin. Seems like he has QQ-.

I kinda disagree. If you JUST stack someone, and you're in a pot with them right after. I think they would be more likely to fold to your double barrel, as they don't wanna lose another big pot right away, so you should barrel lighter than normal.

From my experience anyway.

Assuming you're bluffing and not value betting.

I just think if someone just doubles up their reraising range will be a little tighter for about an orbit or so after because subconsciously they don't want to put the money they just won at risk.

yea im not 4betting KJo against this guy in this situation because he folds like 5% of the time. I also avoid bluffing ppl that just lost a big pot especially on crypto bc scandies are fearless

By std I meant the river.. i think its std once u get there.

Villain in this hand is the one that just WON a big pot, not the one that just lost a big pot. If that makes any difference?

I also don't think people are calling here often at all preflop I feel like I take down the dead money pre > 80% of the time here given stacks sizes.... I could be wrong, definitely seems that way.

The flop/turn betting is definitely debatable though. Given I'm betting, do people like a small turn bet to setup a better river size, or is a bigger turn bet better in this spot?

The whole thing. The turn bet seems totally ridiculous. The only point I can possibly understand is that you are setting up a big bluff on the river. HOWEVER, if you think he is still calling you with TT- on this river, then your reasoning on the turn fails big time.

I think AA is a big part of villains range btw.

noooo, I really don't think this particular villain will ever have AA here, and rarely KK. He will definitely definitely ship those pre.

As for the turn spot, you could be right. I guess I figured villain was of the mindset that his decision for the hand was gonna be made on the turn. My turn bet might be small, but its also likely that a river shove is coming, so he'll decide to go with his hands like 99-TT or not on the turn (ie: he might fold them there, but if he calls them, he'll prob hero call riv)
