1st hand: I think it's fine. Getting it ai pre at 50bb deep in a 4handed game against an unknown can't ever be wrong. His line does reek of strength (minraising from the SB after the button limped then 4-betting after you 3-bet from the BB), but it also reeks of donkness so I wouldn't be overly concerned about it. If stacks were deeper, I think this would be more of a decision.

2nd hand: I honestly have no idea. First impression was to make it 75 pre and push most flops if checked to. As played, I'd very strongly consider mucking this flop. My reasoning for this (I'm not sure how good this reasoning is) is that we're not often smooth calling 13x openers from the button, and when we do, we're (probably) stronger then QQ on this board most of the time. That said, I'd probably call.
