Default 2 hands, help the noob out please.

This check raise really shocked me. Maybe he had the nut flush and was hoping I had a lesser draw, figuring i'd bet out on the river if I hit it. What would I honestly bet here? I'm obviously not bluffing at this stage. This guy seemed like a pretty decent semi-LAGgy player, although I'd only been at the table for 30 hands, and I didn't have exact stats because my HUD isn't working (grrr).

SB checks, Hero bets $10, SB raises to $37.50, Hero: ??

    Pot Size: $24.50 ($2.20 Rake)

When he raised here, the only hands I could put him on were 77, 67, 65, ace high flush, or air (and air is pretty unlikely). Is that a fair assessment?

Oh, and was the bet on the river as bad as it looks? I figured the check meant he had a 6 or QK/QJ. I thought maybe I could get some value out of it. Maybe that was really bad thinking though. Did the small bet size give him the opportunity to bluff me off the hand (I find that pretty unlikely)?

The more I look at it, the worse this bet looks. Barf.

how bad is this? I normally wouldn't play AK quite so agressively, but since I was in the blinds so I figured what the hell. I had no reads as he was new to the table. I hate just calling the three bet out of position, but is that the correct play?

These both seem fine/good to me.

Hand 1: Yes I definitely think you have to get value from your straight with a river bet. Sucks that he checkraises as 67, 65, 77, 55 are all possibly part of his range. Ugly, Ugly spot specially when we add in the FD. I think you muck it... I also like potting the turn better as if hes any good he mucks all FD (or c/r, which isnt too terrible for u either).

    Hand 2: Button raiser- standard.

hand #1 fold preflop, as played I might also check river. I don't see a lot of value in a river raise as I don't see how naked queen cold calls and I think trips/fh would have reraised earlier, def not checked river.

I think the hands that check the river here either have you dominated (flush) or are behind and not likely to call.

Hand #2 because it's the button raising us, I like the $6.50 raise. Once he's up to $20, we know we're on JJ+ and I probably fold knowing at best I'm 50/50 but with proper pot odds. I'm kind of a pussy PF, though. I don't felching big slick
