200nl TT Quads River play

Villian is Azimut85. He's been playing on the nittier side of TAG across a few tables. I checked the turn because I thought his range was really weak and unless the river brought like a J or like a 9 or something close to that there was only 1 small bet to get out of him left so I might as well get it on the river.

Now the river when he leads I think shoving is pretty dumb cause I still think his range is still fairly weak. What should I raise to? I think like minraising / powerminraising might work as might like $127 or something. I would bluff shove this river occasionally with like KJ or AJ but I don't think he has the history with me to call a shove light.

I would bet turn personally. I like 127-135 on river.

Given flop c/c he never has air here, so just value town him. 65 turn, shove river.

As played, I still shove river. Our hand looks weak after the turn check through, and can definitely have missed draws since none of the draws got there. His hand after flop c/c has some value and is basically a bluff catcher. JAMMMM.

So he's got 200 behind after his river lead? The shove river with the nuts line gets used so much, is it still best here? He calls with QQ, does he call with KK/AA? I guess, does he call enough more times at $125 to make up for the extra $125 that he might call less?

and I'm pretty sure this guy loves to slowplay big hands if I'm thinking of the same guy so I'd for sure shove here and expect to get snapped.

I think the best way of getting called off is by min-raising, but I personally think you should have made a tickle bet on the turn.
