I had a hunch he would bet the turn if checked to.
My question is the river play. What woudl u do?

Flop: ($1) K, 3, A (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.7, UTG calls $0.70, Button folds, SB folds.

Turn: ($2.40) T (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $1, Hero raises to $4.8, UTG calls $3.80.

River: ($12) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $7.64, Hero calls $7.64.

Final Pot: $27.28

after seeing the turn, i dont see why you decide to build a big pot with the check/raise, unless you really know where you stand. since your asking what to do on the river, i assume you dont know where you stand. if opp doesnt have you beat already, there are 9 outs to beat you if he has A4+.

Lead the turn, maybe he'll tell you if he's ahead. If not, the pot is smaller than a check/raise makes it. On the river, Im thinking of making a blocking bet, maybe around $5-6 and assume a raise lets me know im beat. without a turn check/raise the pot could be $5.50 by the river. yes you have two pair, but its vunerable...and you dont want to build big pots with vunerable hands out of position.

maybe that is weak but i think leading the turn is way better than check raising

hmm i dont mind the c/r, i also dont mind leading either and im not sure if one of them is better than the other as a good amount of the time 2 pair is good here, with the river, i dont like check/calling, i would rather raise to $5 - $6 and folding to a raise.

umm he knows damn well where he stands...there is not one hand that he does not have beat on the turn except 33. villain limped preflop, that rules out AK and AT and all other sets. i think you played this fine...pretty sure you are beat on the river but id call it, its thin though

i dont usually check raise turn in spots like that but its fine, river is fine too

I save this line for Aggro players and floating shitlogs.

and JQ, which can limp preflop, and will most likely call at least a flop bet with a single ended straight draw.
the turn bet by villain seems really weak, almost too weak for a steal. but you never can tell at 25nl.
