I think a check behind is the best play on this turn almost exactly because of something like this. Also, given the effective stack size our opponent is going to have less than a 1/2 pot bet left on the river, are we going to fold with TPGK when he pushes?

As played I would call and fold if I dont hit a club [assuming he bets]. Reads on this villain would help though.
