Hand #1: No. Bet river. I also bet more on turn, there's a lot of draws out there.

Hand #2: 3-bet at least 3.5x the raise, at 25NL i actually jack it up 4x. Depending on the villain a c-bet or check is fine. I usually bet because everyone I play against is trying to hit a set.
