3/6 - 5/10 AA KK, AK vs sets? how to avoid???

Ok... this is my first post at FTR i think, Ive been playing Ongame and Pacific for abit now at those levels and I just can't seem to do anything against sets especially when I'm holding monsters

How much do I raise preflop? Does that depend on position? Should it?

I don't have HH for this hand but this is basically what happened:

I get dealt AA
weak donkish MP raised 2xbb, I call at CO, BB called (I didn't expect that)

flop comes 6 J 4 rainbow, I bet pot hoping AJ/KJ calls
BB re raised 1.5x my bet, immediately I'm thinking AJ
MP folds

I'm roughly same stack size as him, except he covered me both at ~$400

Should I push? Should I just call??

I reraised doubling his bet and he shoves, needless to say it was JJ

And its not like I've never layed down JJ or QQ but KK and AA are harder?
And I've also been caught limping UTG with KK on a full table hoping for any raise, no raise and BB holds 10/2 off and flopped 2 pair

And I'm hoping for general advice, since I didn't have any reads

so you dont expect BB to call a huge range getting 5:1 on his money? reraise and isolate the donk.

how much do you have in your BR? play accordingly with no less than 2000 BB

Its better if you have the entire hand history if you expect to receive any serious feedback.

With your AA hand, you definitely want to re-raise the min-raise preflop. You would still probably be called by the BB since he has JJ (Also don't post your opponents hand, it causes bias). On the flop you would c-bet 3/4 pot to pot and be check raised. Most would just call and evaluate the turn. On the turn if he bets big he's probably building the pot, he probably has a set and you should fold.

I don't play near these stakes and I don't think you should either.

I would move to a more serious site, such as pokerstars. I hear the 2/4 and 3/6 games there are really easy to crush.

obv keep playing for stacks with one pair vs BB in unraised pot, you're just getting unlucky

NO, don't play for stacks. reraise preflop. Try to show down as cheaply as possible but if he bets hard again on the turn you probably should fold.

Max your advice is good but your ignoring the most important thing: superfish you should move down immdiately. I think you are perfectly capable of getting to a high stake level of play but your not very close right now. Build your way up.

The looser and more aggressive you play in general, the less of these laydowns you have to make. If you limp and slowplay and stuff you have to be able to make them...
