Default 3 hands against some guy

All these hands are against the same villain. He's 25/20/3.8. Notably he only cbets 53% of the time which is really low. I've seen him open K6s UTG.

First hand is kinda more for background but I guess I welcome comments on it too. This happened yesterday:

    $1/$2 No Limit Holdem
    5 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    UTG ($282.97)
    CO ($261.40)
    Hero (BTN) ($197.00)
    SB ($244.20)
    BB ($203.00)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 5 players) Hero is BTN
UTG raises to $6, 1 fold, Hero calls $6, 2 folds

    Flop: ($15, 2 players)
UTG bets $12, Hero calls $12

    Turn: ($39, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $30, UTG calls $30

    River: ($99, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $78, UTG calls $78

    Final Pot: $255
    Hero shows:
    UTG shows:

    UTG wins $252 ( won +$126 )
    Hero lost -$126

Second hand is from today. I think that I need a really wide and varied leading range against him because he doesn't cbet much. My hand has good equity and good double barrelling potential against the one pair hands that he might float my lead with.

I think his raising range is really polarized with tons of air and only AA/KK/66/33/TT in his stack off range. So basically I'm rebluffing his air range.

    Terrible?

    Hero (SB) ($240.00)
    BB ($332.25)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 5 players) Hero is SB
2 folds, BTN raises to $6, Hero calls $5, 1 fold

    Flop: ($14, 2 players)
Hero bets $10, BTN raises to $32, Hero raises to $77 ...

Third hand I thought that he would lead the turn with and Qx or better so I thought maybe I should call. I'm so tilted I've lost all sense of reality so idk anymore.

    Flop: ($39, 2 players)
    CO checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($39, 2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $24, CO raises to $70, $46 to Hero ($200.15)?

AJ hand i like the river bluff

AQs hand i like the 3bet semibluff

T9 hand the turn is too thin a value bet. he has some better Tens, and 88 is the worst hand he could call with on this board. his line is weird, but from the first hand we can figure his range is polarized. so i'd call the turn and see what happens on the river.

hand 1 I don't see the need to bluff second pair when we might be good a lot
I mean you say he opens K6s from UTG, so that means he has any suited king in his range here on the river, do you think he folds them?

hand 2 yeti theorem, be more obvious
if I'm raising like AT/JJ here your 3b makes no sense because you'd probably choose to slowplay a set on such a dry board (not that you would, but I still would assume that) so I'd stick it in
you also rep nothing but sets since the top of your range pf you will 3b

hand 3 I like your 3b, since it's not profitable to call
unfortunately this board just crushed the shit out of his pf range and I would just check it down/give up

    Hand 1
-I'd just check back AJ on the turn. I don't mind the turn bet for value sometimes, I think he might even c/c hands like QJ/JT (esp with a spade) some of the time. But you're ahead of those on the river, so I don't see the need for the river bet.

    Hand 2
-I'd rather donk lead 78/89 type stuff that is actually behind a lot of his hands. Why not just c/c AQhh when you're ahead of his cbetting range often, and he will bluff a lot of your outs (A's and Q's) on the turn.
-It's also not like you care if it checks through here, so it doesn't matter if he cbets or not

    Hand 3
-I have no clue once he c/r turn. I guess fold.. but I'm not sure. I prob just check it down and maybe make a val bet on river.

    1) I understand calling pre because you say he opens really wide. However I would just 3bet it honestly. He's gonna play his perceived utg range hard against you and you'll have to make a lot of tough choices with AJo after the flop. Don't understand betting turn unless you plan on shoving river, (reading hand) and thats basically what you did apparently. Your line is consistent and decent. ABCD theorem would say that you should reserve this line for weaker Jx and gutshots in your range and just check down AJ. So cliffsnotes, check the turn but your line isn't that bad.

    2) Your hand is a bit too strong to lead, I would just c/c this. Also, I hope you know he likely shoves all better hands to this and some worse. Do you really expect him to put you on anything? I would just call his raise if i wanted to make a play.

    3) i would definitely fold.

Hand 1: You can essentially shove the river with anything here and feel good about it. I'd just check river with AJ though.

Hand 2: This is okay, the thing is there's no doubt he's going to raise the flop with a balance range, so this is tough without some other read. If you've been leading a lot of flops with air against this guy this sort of move is can be necessary. Personally I like either c/c or c/r here since he's unlikely to threebet are flop c/r and we can pick up A or Q or heart on turn.

Hand 3: I'd probably check turn but as played fold.
